Sometimes saying "I'm fine" means a lot of different things. But whichever reason it is you can get through it. Everything will get better. If it's not ok, it's not the end. Keep fighting.
Its okay to fall down. Being sad and having depression are two entire different worlds. But if you keep fighting, if you keep believing in yourself, you can pull of even the deepest depression.
Feelings are complicated. They are like a bunch of tangled up wires, unclear how to un tie them unless you get a closer look. Just breathe and think. Your feelings will make sense. All you have to do is look closer.
Covering up your feelings won't help you. Knowing how you feel is one of the hardest steps, and when you find it out, don't cover it up. Talking to a trusted person will help everything. Never dismiss how you feel. Sometimes you don't want to admit it, but it will feel better when you do.
If you have that person who you have countless memories with, never let them go. Even if everything tries to pull you apart, fight it, because the worst thing in the world is not being there for them and then when you come back, they're entirely different.
Pain does change people. But deep down, there is still the person you knew, still the same happy, innocent person. No one is ever truly lost.
